HALO® HYBRID FRACTIONAL LASER
The HALO® laser is the first hybrid laser that targets multiple layers of skin and addresses multiple skin concerns. It has less downtime than other fractional treatments and is safe for most skin types.
What makes this treatment unique is that it delivers two fractional wavelengths - one ablative and one non-ablative - to the same treatment area at the same time. This means it combines both types of laser energy for the optimal result in just one treatment. The ablative wavelength treats the outer layer of the skin for more straightforward improvement, while the non-ablative wavelength targets the deeper layers of skin where collagen is produced. WHAT DOES A HALO® LASER FEEL LIKE?
With a topical anesthetic and integrated cooling technology, you typically experience very little discomfort. Many patients describe the treatment as a feeling of heat with occasional prickling sensations. After the treatment, most patients will continue to feel warm for a couple of hours, or a bit longer with deeper treatment levels.
WHEN WILL I SEE MY HALO® RESULTS?
HOW LONG DO THE RESULTS LAST?
You will see initial results between two and five days after your HALO® treatment, but your skin will continue to improve over time. Most patients see the greatest pigmentary improvement in the first two to three weeks. This is followed by a dermal regeneration phase that continues to improve for months.
HALO® results can last for years with the right aftercare — daily sun protection, a good skincare routine, and periodic maintenance treatments help preserve your results long-term.
